Upper Peninsula Michigan Recreation
|
|
Hiking and fishing during the summer, world class color touring in the fall, and skiing and snowmobiling during the winter are the main sources of recreation in the Upper Peninsula. Fishing is good for walleye and pike in a lot of the lakes. In the winter, there are hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails, as well as several ski areas.
